Over the course of a lifetime, a human typically loses 50 to 90% of their birth given power.
Why
Reason for Sickness
You created your brain to become a constant muscle suppressing machine. Muscle tensing is one of the biggest underlying reasons why health problems appear.
Why does the muscle start to become chonicly tensed?
How the brain controls movement and emotional suppression
All levels of muscle contraction and relaxation are regulated by the brain’s motor center. When we want to move a part of the body, the brain sends nerve signals to the muscles, coordinating contraction and relaxation in line with our intention to move.
As we repeat certain movements over time, the brain learns the required muscle coordination. Once a movement is fully learned, it becomes automatic—there’s no need to consciously think about it. This is why we can tie our shoelaces or ride a bicycle without focused attention: the brain handles the muscle coordination effortlessly.
The same principle applies to emotional suppression. When the brain learns to tense specific muscles to suppress emotional responses, it also stores this coordination. Over time, emotional suppression becomes an unconscious, automatic process—just like any other learned movement.
Emotional suppression begins in childhood
From a very young age, a child learns to tense its muscles in order to control their behavior. To fit into societal norms and meet expectations, the child must learn to suppress emotions—and the only available tool for that is the body itself.
As this pattern develops, the brain’s motor centers begin to associate specific muscle coordination with emotional control.
The muscles we use to learn movements as babies are THE SAME MUSCLES involved in emotional suppression. Once established, it operates continuously and unconsciously, day and night.
The force of these chronic contractions can be intense—comparable to the tension a weightlifter exerts in a gym. But unlike training, this tension doesn’t strengthen the body—it gradually wears it down.
After some time the brain develops a constant muscle tension to hold down all the emotions.
Stiffness takes over the body
When the brain learns to tense muscles in order to suppress emotions or unwanted experiences, it begins to do so automatically. This becomes a reflexive response to any situation perceived as threatening or uncomfortable, activating the body’s fight-or-flight mechanism.
When the muscles have reached a certain level this tension becomes chronic, the body enters a state of overall stiffness. Muscles that are constantly tight no longer participate fully in dynamic movement. They weaken, lose function, and begin to atrophy.
The damage to the body is extreme as a result of the suppression that begins in childhood.
How
Constant Tensening is Constant Supressing
It is an intense form of training not to feel emotions and to deny your true self.
Missing something in life as a result of supressing
If the brain continually suppresses muscle tension all the way into adulthood, something essential will always feel missing, because the very essence of life within them will NOT EXIST anymore because it is being suppressed.
As a result, people begin searching outside themselves, hoping to find a way to feel complete. Life then turns into a constant sense of longing, a search for something undefined. In this quest, almost anything can be projected onto that inner feeling of “something missing.” Yet, true fulfillment never arrives and more often than not, disappointment takes its place.
If the brain continuously suppresses the activation of muscle tension until people are adults, something will always be missing because the essence of life that lives in them will NOT EXIST anymore because the essence is suppressed.
As a result, people look for something outside themselves in order to realize themselves in life.
Life then becomes an endless missing and searching for something that you don’t know what it is.
Anything and everything can be projected into the lack of something in this search.
There will be no satisfaction in life.
As a rule, there will always be disappointment.
Find peace and inner happiness
When we begin to search within — into the true source of our emotional power, life suddenly has a chance to open up an unbelievable life path of deep inner peace and lasting happiness.
This peace isn’t something we need to find outside ourselves. It already lives within every chakra, in every human being on this planet. We have to activate it.
It’s all about how to open the door and step into the paradise that already exists inside ourselfs.
Healing, when done with the intention of awakening your inner depth and clarity, can gently unlock this door.
