The difference between tribes and modern society
When you observe the natural, fluid movement of members of an indigenous tribe, it becomes clear how differently they carry themselves compared to the often rigid and tense posture seen in much of the modern world.
These tribal communities move with remarkable ease and coordination also many can run distances of 30 to 40 kilometers while carrying heavy loads on their heads.
This impressive ability comes from maintaining healthy muscle tone and an upright, aligned posture —something that has been largely lost in modern lifestyles.
What is healthy muscle tone?
Muscle tone refers to the natural tension present in muscles even when they are at rest. It’s this subtle level of tension that allows the body to maintain posture and perform movements with balance and efficiency.
Muscle tone is regulated through a continuous interaction between the nervous system and the muscles. When a muscle becomes too tense, the nervous system sends signals to help it relax — and when more support is needed, it activates the muscle accordingly. This dynamic process is known as muscle tone regulation.
Healthy muscle tone is essential not only for fluid movement but also for maintaining stability and upright posture in everyday life.

In the wild, animals maintain their strength and vitality throughout their entire lives. Whether young or old, they display the same physical power and agility.
In many ways, it appears that wild animals do not “age” in the way humans do. They remain healthy and functional until the very end of their lives.
Unlike humans, wild animals do not experience degenerative aging processes where all body and brain functions gradually decline. Their systems remain sharp, efficient, and responsive.
One key reason for this is posture. In the wild, losing proper posture doesn’t just lead to discomfort — it threatens survival. A breakdown in posture weakens the entire body, making it difficult for the animal to hunt, escape, or endure.
Unnatural aging
Much of what we consider the normal human aging process —stiffness, weakness, and decline throughout the body — is actually the result of the collapse of one of the body’s most essential core functions. When this primary function breaks down, it triggers a domino effect that disrupts all other systems, including those of the brain.
These blockages, which greatly reduce birth given power cause the body to weaken and this leads to an unnatural aging process: it’s a uniquely human phenomenon.

Healing begins where tension ends
To truly awaken the body’s natural strength, we must begin by healing the muscles.
As the muscles deeply relax, a powerful self healing process is activated.
